Inside: their personalized protocol, week by week. The seasonal adjustments. The names and numbers of the two providers who can answer questions at any hour. A blank page at the back for the patient to write us back.
It is more book than aftercare. We made the design intentionally heavy so it would not get lost in a kitchen drawer.
